What is the 24-hour customer service window?
When a customer messages you, you can reply with free-form messages for 24 hours. Outside that window, conversations you start must use a template approved by WhatsApp.
How is this different from Bulk WhatsApp?
The Business API is official from Meta: your own verified number, green tick, templates, buttons and two-way chat. Bulk WhatsApp sends from virtual numbers and suits low-cost promotions.
Is the green tick guaranteed?
The green tick, company name and logo depend on Meta's approval. We also offer a guaranteed green tick service for a one-time ₹25,000 + tax.
How long does activation take?
2–4 working days after payment, once your documents and Meta business profile are ready.
